I just got back from 3 days at the river and these performed outstandingly from camp to trail to wading to swimming and all the way back. I got wet sand under the straps so by day 3 I had to tape a couple spots. I've never had shoes outlast such punishment. Great product.

I really like the sandals except for 1 detail, they don't meet the current needs of my feet. I am new to minimal footwear, and this was a first sandal purchase. For my feet the strap is a little too far forward for the big toe. (Noticed if I tried to splay my toes, not during normal walking.) Also I'm not accustomed to barefoot walking and the bumps under the heel where the straps are secured into the footbed bothered my feet.

I reached out to support and was impressed with the options and suggestions given. They will work with you! In the end, I opted for the hassle free return. (I keep second guessing myself, should I have kept them.)

For the front strap, there is the option of ordering a custom pair. For the bump under the heel, the amount it bothered me varied day to day. It also improved over the time I was trying them. (I did restrict my trial to inside at home, so it was primarily after work.)

I like the flexibility of the footbed. It should offer good traction and protect your feet from whatever you're walking on. It is flat with no padding. I expect I'd appreciate it more as my feet acclimate to minimal footwear. For now, adding a thin layer of cushioning probably would have helped.

So nice a bought them twice. Best!

Where the straps are anchored at the rear end of the sandal leaves an awkward stiff hump that your heel lands on, and is constantly walking on.

I would recommend flip flops over these.

Material seems nice and the idea is nice but there are better options. I would check out Bedrock sandals if you don't need a .5 sized shoe. Their Evo sandals look nice and are priced very similar.

Kind of a bummer paying as much for these when it could have paid for 3 pairs of flip flops from Ross or T.J Max. Was hoping to get some nice zero heel drop sandals for summer. Not this year.

These are fantastic: great fit, feel and freedom for toes. Great design with locking clip for easy slip-on. I'll buy again if/when needed!
